Mars Wrigley is looking for Digital Director
Create a 3-year Digital communications strategy for the segment satisfying the needs of different subcategories;
Establish Digital ICP for all Mars Wrigley brands delivering exact growth plans for our brands yearly;
Find right partners (agencies) and manages right delivery of categories’ activities and measures results of campaigns to feed into strategy;
Step change conversions for Mars Wrigley in Digital (excl. e-com operations) to find longer term solutions for optimized media reach;
Structure and systemize usage of digital channels cross all brands;
Drive ROI of digital media and propose strategies for further optimized reach with current A&CP budget;
Liaise with Global Media team to develop and deploy best practice and test and learns;
Drive innovation agenda: neuromarketing, DMP, innovative targeting, offline to online measurement, attribution modeling.
Great understanding of digital media;
3-5 y+ experience in digital within leading companies (well-known by digital cases) or within top-digital agencies;
Work in international environment;
